Originally built in 1937 as a traditional fisherman’s home, Grão de Areia was fully renovated in 2025 with care and intention. The architectural project harmoniously blends the charm of its historic structure with the elegance and comfort of modern design. A new, contemporary extension is connected to the original house via a glass corridor, offering views of the private garden, small outdoor pool, and barbecue area.
Surrounded by lush greenery, the home features a peaceful garden, and two beautiful trees in the front yard provide a refreshing, shaded space — perfect for warm summer afternoons. Inside, the house features a bright and airy open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge. There is one bedroom and a full bathroom.
The home accommodates up to 2 guests and a baby, making it ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together. The interior decor is thoughtfully curated to create a serene, minimalist atmosphere that invites relaxation and peace of mind.
