By accepting this Privacy Policy, you authorise Pinkmoon, Lda, legal person number 516854135 with registered office at Rua Moinho de Vento, nº 61 9500-327 Ponta Delgada, to process your personal data from your registration form, which you confirm you hold, as well as data relating to your commercial and contractual relationship, and its management, under the terms of this Privacy Policy.

It also states:

1. be aware and fully informed that the processing of your personal data includes all operations carried out on the data transmitted by you, whether or not by automated means, for the purposes of:

– improve the functioning and functionalities of the Pinkmoon, Lda website (including in cases where your data will be aggregated and processed in a statistical manner, without being identifiable by any third parties to whom it is provided);
